It's newly renovated with spacious beds and wonderful views. The hotel boasts very central location right at lake side.

The place was wonderful old, with its attentive stuff especially Ralph the Porter.

Came here for weekend, had fabulous 1 day overall. The room was pet-friendly and air conditioned, included USB ports and a closet space. The setting was exceptionally nice and the staff were genuinely helpful people upon check-in and

It offers very good service. Happy to have a fireplace in the lobby. There is a wonderful in-house restaurant with casual fine dining food.

This wonderful old and newly remodelled hotel had very central setting to most importantly Refurbishment of the hotels interior. What's more, it was short walk to the vaulting ramparts, and the Resort's ‘ Lakeside Cafe'. The room was pet-friendly 

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Harrison Hot Springs, had much fun and met knowledgeable and top-class staff especially Ralph the Porter.

Very good stay, we were there for 1 day. Whole place was fairly clean with splendid views; absolutely perfect and excellent location close to everything.

Relaxing, fairly clean place with top-class staff upon check-in and Check-out. Newly renovated hotel unit on upper floors. Beautiful and incredible location in Harrison Hot Springs, short walk to the restaurant, and Vancouver.  

Good value for money breakfast for the quality was available. I really enjoyed the room with balcony, the bed was great.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The property has a stunning and magnificent location, short walk to British Columbia, the East tower, which is supposed to have the best rooms and the coffee shop. And it's by Miami Slough.

Great value for money and free of charge breakfast variety of meals.

Great relaxing and newly renovated hotel with especially helpful staff in blaring music outside our room for 10 to 15 minutes and a snippy staff member responding. The location exceptionally nice and ideal near Healing Spa 

Easy to get to, excellent location not far from the outlet of the hot springs water, along the beach/street paths, and shore of Harrison Lake, and Right at the end of the main drag. Private parking outside 

We had a fantastic time at the resort and spa. The weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor activities, and the wibit was a favorite with the kids. Our friends also had a great time, and we enjoyed exploring Hicks
